How we do it
About 50 agents, each with one job
Wicked Sick runs on a team of around 50 specialised AI agents. Each one has a single job. They draft, and a person approves. They work to schedules rather than running flat out, and they call a mesh of small APIs instead of one giant system.
It's calm, cheap to run and easy to change.
How not to do it
One loop, one week, about $3,000
We've also seen the other side. One user, who we'll keep anonymous, set an AI loose on a mailbox with a brute-force loop. In under a week it made around 72,000 requests and burned through roughly $3,000, with little to show for it.

Do we need technical people to work with you?
No. We work with whoever owns the process. If you have technical people, we'll bring them in.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whatever fits the job and the tools you already have. We're not tied to one vendor for your business.
Is our data safe?
We design so that each agent only sees what it needs, and anything that leaves the business is approved by a person first. We'll talk through your data and compliance needs on the first call.
