What's the difference between executive coaching and strategic advisory?
Coaching is about you as a leader: weekly one-to-one sessions on your decisions, your team and your own growth. Advisory is about the business: strategy, fundraising, board preparation and market positioning. Many founders start with one and add the other.
Do you sit on boards?
Craig has sat on many boards over two decades. Strategic advisory includes board meeting preparation and support, and we'll talk through a formal board or advisory role on the first call if that's what you need.
What is Scaling Up, and do we have to use it?
Scaling Up is a methodology for aligning a leadership team on vision, priorities, KPIs and meeting rhythms. Our 2-day growth sprint is built around it. If you already run OKRs, we work with those instead.
Can you build our KPI dashboard if our data is spread across lots of tools?
Yes. That's the usual starting point. We pick the handful of KPIs that matter, connect the tools you already use, and give the leadership team one live view tied to your plan and quarterly priorities.
Who will we actually work with?
Craig Fletcher, directly. Craig has spent 20+ years founding, scaling and exiting companies and has backed over 100 businesses as an angel investor and advisor.
How much does it cost?
Coaching, advisory, the 2-day sprint and KPI dashboards are priced on application, because scope varies a lot by company. Book a call and we'll recommend the best starting point.
